Welcome to SendAfterMe's User Guide! Follow these streamlined steps to purchase a plan, set up your profile, and schedule messages or flowers to secure your digital legacy for your loved ones.

How to Use SendAfterMe

Purchase a Plan & Create Account

Purchase plan and create account

Visit our pricing page and select a Basic, Standard, or Premium plan starting at $79. During checkout, provide your email and a secure password. Upon successful payment, your account is automatically created, and you'll be logged in and directed to your Profile page. A confirmation email with purchase details and login instructions will be sent to your inbox.

Set Up Your Profile

Once your account is created, go to the Profile page to add your name and a trusted contact's details to assist with status verification. Choose how often we should check your status (weekly, monthly, every 3, 6, or 12 months) to ensure your messages are delivered at the intended time.

Upload or Encrypt Content

Upload or encrypt content

In the Scheduling section, upload videos, photos, audio files (MP3), or ZIP files. For sensitive files or logins, download our free Secure Legacy software (Windows only) from the Encryption Tool page to encrypt them with a Key and Lock Code. Store encrypted (.enc) files locally, in a safe deposit box, or anywhere you choose. Optionally, purchase Encrypted Storage to upload .enc files to our secure cloud for automated delivery with your messages.

Create and Schedule Messages

Create and schedule messages

In the Scheduling section, create email messages or flower greetings. For emails, add recipient emails, a subject, message, and optional files (including .enc files if stored with us), and set a delivery date up to 10 years ahead. For flower greetings, select a small, standard, or large bouquet (starting at $60), provide the recipient's physical address, add a message (up to 250 characters), and choose a date within 1 year. Flower orders require immediate payment via Stripe, after which they're saved and viewable on the Profile page. You can edit or delete messages anytime, adjusting recipients, dates, messages, or attached files.

Verify Your Status

Verify status

We'll periodically email you to confirm you're still active, based on your chosen interval. If you stop responding, your trusted contact will help verify your status before we securely deliver your messages and flowers.
