User Responsibilities

• Ensure all uploaded information is accurate and lawful.
• Designate trusted individuals to confirm your passing for delivery.
• Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights or laws.

Privacy and Security

Your uploaded content is encrypted and stored securely. SendAfterMe only verifies technical metadata for functionality, not your encrypted data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Delivery and Verification

We manually verify each order to ensure flawless delivery, checking dates and recipients without accessing encrypted content. Delivery is a one-time event, executed with precision.

Payment and Refunds

Our packages require one-time payments, non-refundable unless a service failure on our part prevents delivery.

Account Termination

You can delete your account via settings. All content will be permanently removed within 30 days of termination.

Disclaimer

SendAfterMe is not liable for data loss due to unforeseen events or technical issues beyond our control. We aim for 100% uptime but cannot guarantee it fully.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be resolved in Danish courts.
